The North Coast Resource Partnership (NCRP) is seeking proposals for organizational capacity enhancement from Tribes, counties, NGOs, RCDs, special districts, and other eligible entities in the North Coast region of California. The NCRP Capacity Grants Program will offer at least $2 million in funding to enhance the capacity of partners in the North Coast region to plan and implement large scale, multi-benefit wildfire resilience projects in the North Coast region. Grant awards may range from $35,000 to $200,000.

Technical Advising for Application Development

Applicants who are requesting technical advising for application development are encouraged to submit requests no later than January 30 to ensure that NCRP consultants have time to provide support. Advising will be provided by NCRP consultants, and is limited to a maximum of five hours of consultant time.

The NCRP Staff team will not directly advise or support entities in developing or submitting content for their proposals, other than through assistance with proposal upload and technical/IT support, and sharing responses available to all applicants via the workshop, office hours, and email responses posted to the website.

To support transparency and equitable access to consistent information for all applicants, NCRP staff will compile and respond to all questions from emails, workshops, and office hours on this webpage. Responses to questions posted will not list the name of the individual or entity that submitted the question. Opportunities to ask questions include submitting the form below, the NCRP Capacity Grants Program workshop on January 14, and weekly office hours each Wednesday between January 21 – February 18.
