Subgrantee Resources

The County of Humboldt (County) acts as the regional administrator for the grants awarded to NCRP. To date the County has successfully managed over $85 million in grant funding for over 250 NCRP planning and implementation projects.

The County has the administrative and financial responsibility for the grant funds and acts as the liaison between the project sponsors and the granting agency.  The administrative roll includes executing the grant agreement with DWR on behalf of the NCRP and executing Sub-grantee agreements with the Local Project Sponsor; coordinating the submission of invoices, reports, and project deliverables; mentoring and consultation of the grant requirements; tracking grant funds, maintaining auditable records; and coordinating the Post-Performance Monitoring Report submittals.
