The first discussion in the series features Lourdes German, an expert on municipal finance, speaking about how cities are meeting ARPA’s equity requirements. There will also be a brief panel discussion with Ashley Swearengin from the Central Valley Community Foundation, Georgeanne White from the city of Fresno, and Geri Yang-Johnson from Wells Fargo about ARPA in Fresno.
