SRF Restoration Webinar Series: Status of Dam Removal in the Eel River Watershed
The fourth webinar in this series will take place Friday, August 28th at noon. Darren Mierau, the North Coast Director for California Trout, will present on the status of dam removal in the Eel River watershed, including the Potter Valley Project FERC relicensing status and dam removal project plan. In addition, we’ll hear an update from Alyssa FitzGerald, PhD, of NOAA Fisheries and the Southwest Fisheries Science Center, on recently completed analyses to confirm the extent and quality of habitat in the upper Mainstem Eel River.
